This notice explains the information used by the Beautiful Chaos appointment website. Online booking stays closed until the salon finishes setup.
Appointment information
When booking is available, the system collects your name, email address and phone number, together with the service, staff member and appointment time you select. Optional notes are used to help the salon prepare. Please do not include sensitive medical information in notes.
Your information is stored in the salon website’s booking database and is available only through authorised salon management. Appointment information is used to arrange and manage your visit, not to take online payment. The website does not collect card details.
Google Calendar
Once the salon connects a staff calendar, the system checks its busy times to help prevent scheduling conflicts. Confirmed bookings create an appointment event in that calendar. Google processes calendar information under its own privacy terms. Calendar permissions and tokens are kept on the server and are not shown to website visitors.
AI beauty guide
When you submit a question, its text and the recent conversation are sent through Manus to an AI model provider to generate a reply. This website does not save chat transcripts to its booking database; the conversation remains in page memory until you clear it or leave. Infrastructure providers may process request logs under their own policies. Do not enter contact details, medical information or other sensitive data. AI replies can be inaccurate and cannot make appointments.
Instagram pictures
The live Instagram feed loads automatically as its section approaches view. Instagram receives your connection information and may use cookies under its own policies. You can hide the feed or use the direct profile link instead. Browser privacy settings may restrict embedded content.
Website services
This website is hosted using Manus infrastructure. Website analytics may be enabled by the hosting platform. Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts. Signing in to salon management uses Manus authentication; customers do not need an account to book. External Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps links open services with their own privacy policies.
Your choices
For questions about your information, correcting a booking or requesting deletion, contact Beautiful Chaos through its Instagram page. The salon must review this notice, set its retention policy and provide its preferred privacy contact before opening online booking.
